Mount tamalpais dipsea day hike

Hike through beautiful Mount Tamalpais State Park along the famous Dipsea trail, home to the Dipsea Marathon every year! Enjoy California coastal views and a unique rainforest vibe as you embark on your day hike. For a total of 6 miles and nearly 1,700 feet of elevation gain, you can expect to be on the trail for at least 3 hours with an option to have lunch at the beach upon returning.

This expedition starts at Stinson Beach and travels along the Dipsea and Steep Ravine trails. This hike is rated moderate, beginners welcome. Attendees are responsible for any park fees and their own transportation to the designated trailhead or parking lot. Optional trail lunches and snacks can be provided for an additional fee, any special dietary requests should be noted during the booking process.
